Achieving Results takes place year-round. Managers and employees meet regularly and record notes and comments in the Performance Management system. Click here to view the full timeline.

Throughout the year, as you work toward achieving expectations, you and your manager can track your progress through “Notes”. When appropriate, you or your manager can ask others you’ve worked closely with to provide feedback about your performance. You will have access to go into the Performance Management System and, when appropriate and in conjunction with your manager, initiate a 360 degree feedback form. You will also be able to complete 360 degree feedback for others with whom you’ve worked closely. Finally, you will be able to submit a self-evaluation about 45 days before the next phase, Evaluating.

Evaluating. The complete Performance Evaluation form is online in the Performance Management System. Managers will receive a 30 day reminder to complete their final ratings and comments before the evaluation period ending date.
