Using the Online System

With Performance Management, we will begin using an online Performance Management System which we will access through Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service. Instead of completing paper evaluation forms and faxing them to Human Resources, all aspects of Performance Management will be handled online.

The new system is now available for members of our pilot group. Here's what you can expect from the system during each phase of the Performance Management cycle:
